Our Programs

Purpose-Driven Community Services Re-Entry Program is for IDOC (Illinois Department of Corrections) court-mandated individuals. Clients will engage in individual therapy 2x week & engage in Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Group Therapy 1x week for a duration of six-months. While participating in the Re-Entry Program, clients will successfully secure employment, have no further run-ins with the law and/or arrests/legal issues. Clients participate in treatment activities as outlined in their treatment plan (IATP). Our goal is to help reduce recidivism.

Purpose-Driven Community Services provides compassionate care to individuals (13yo to 65yo) facing mental health and behavioral challenges. Within the IOP, individuals will engage in therapy 2x week and group therapy 1x week over a course of six-months. Through evidence-based therapies and personalized support, the IOP program helps individuals manage conditions like anxiety, depression, and substance use. We focus on promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and recovery, offering services such as counseling, skill-building, groups, case management, and much more.
